Sidewinder

Sidewinder is a young rock/blues band with an interesting history and an energetic groove. A middle school talent show brought guitarist Chris Vaillancourt and bassist Elias Wheeler together in 2006; though back then Chris was on keyboards and Elias on guitar! Accompanied since 2007 by 3rd generation drummer Zig Coffey, these versatile and adventurous musicians perform soulful renditions of rock and blues classics that pre-date their births. With regular gigs around their home state of Rhode Island, they can get a room rocking to anything from Stevie Ray to Hendrix or to one of their original compositions.
